Data collected

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone and company name, selected services, store product, platform preferences and message. Direct email correspondence may be retained. IP addresses are processed to limit form abuse; hosting and security providers may keep separate logs.

Purposes and legal bases

Responding to enquiries and preparing proposals relies on direct relevance to establishing a contract (KVKK 5/2-c); security relies on legitimate interests (5/2-f), and legal obligations on 5/2-ç. Statistical cookies depend on your choice. Data is not added to marketing lists, sold or rented.

Providers and international transfers

Form messages are passed to our email provider. Hosting processes the form. Traffic passes through Cloudflare for security and performance, using servers abroad. Consented Google Analytics data is processed on Google servers abroad. Data may be disclosed to authorised public bodies when legally required.

Retention

Form data and email correspondence are kept for the period needed for your enquiry and applicable legal retention requirements, then deleted or anonymised. Security and hosting log retention depends on provider settings.

Cookies and statistics

Google Analytics collects page views, device, browser, approximate location and usage information only if you accept statistics. Change your choice using the cookie settings button. You can delete or block cookies in your browser without preventing core site functionality.

Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11, you may request information about processing, purposes and recipients, correction, deletion where conditions apply, notification of corrections to recipients, objection to adverse solely automated analysis, and compensation for damage from unlawful processing.
